Once we landed on the ground in Florida, Mary had a unique and accurate array of properties ready for my husband and me to tour throughout our few-day stay - as we approached various neighborhoods, Mary was great at pointing out all of the awesome food and attractions nearby, as well as the proximity to other important town fixtures. Mary was even great about making suggestions on where we should eat during our stay and various places to check out so that we could get the true Naples experience, since we were contemplating a very large move. Ultimately, Mary ended up showing us a gorgeous new-build community, which is what we decided to move forward with, and we could not be happier. Mary walked us through every step of the building process, was our liaison with the builder and also our feet on the ground, making sure the build was going smoothly since we weren't able to fly down frequently. When any issues arose (which is bound to happen with any new build), Mary fought tooth and nail to ensure that our concerns were 'heard' by the builder, and ultimately helped work out very timely solutions. Overall, we felt that the whole experience with Mary was incredibly bespoke, and that is exactly what we love and were looking for with buying a home. We never ever felt pressured, and felt like Mary provided us with all of the necessary tools to make the right decision for ourselves and our family. Mary was even able to recommend a fantastic lender (outside of the in-house lender for our builder), who was also out of this world! She is clearly very connected and does her due diligence before making strategic recommendations to clients. Last but certainly not least, we took advantage of Mary's "Welcome Home" package - so, for a small fee Mary's team outfits your new home with all of the necessities you would need upon arrival, if you are moving from far away and it may take a couple of weeks for your moving truck to arrive - think towels, soaps, plates, utensils, a light fridge stock, etc. Again, what a cool option - this speaks to the type of realtor that Mary is, in that she just thinks of everything. Don't think twice, Mary is your gal!
